Crescent-moon shaped guard of brass, with ebony handle and a black star-sapphire on the pommel.  Signed "Hesser 1997".  Dimensions:  11 1/2 inches overall length.  Blade 7 inches long and 1 1/8 inches at widest point.  Guard 2 3/16 inches wide.  SOLD
